Chicken Elastic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. hen, stewed
    1 c. cooked rice
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs (3 slices)
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. broth
    1 c. pimento, chopped (about 3 to 4 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pick meat off bones when cooled.
    If necessary, cut in bite size pieces. Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into a good size casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
