Vegetable Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, cut up fine
    7 or 8 cut up Irish potatoes
    clove of garlic, cut up or use flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. oil
    2 bags gumbo vegetables
    2 cans tomato sauce
    water to cover
Preparation
    Let meat and seasonings cook until tender, then add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook slow.
    Keep lid on until done.
