Dumplings For Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. original pancake mix
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/5 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine water and butter in small saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; add pancake mix, parsley and garlic, stirring vigorously until mixture leaves side of pan and forms a ball.
    Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Drop tablespoon on soup. Cook about 2 minutes or until they come to the top.
