Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. rice (soak in warm water)
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 Tbsp. red pepper
black pepper and salt
Preparation

While mixing other ingredients, put cabbage in very hot water to soften for easy rolling.
In separate bowl, mix 1 can tomato paste, salt, pepper, a little sugar and enough water to come up to level of cabbage.
Put meat and rice mixture on cabbage and roll. Pour tomato paste mixture over rolls and cook very slowly for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Never stack cabbage more than 2 deep.
