Creamy Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 large stalk celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 1/2 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground nutmeg
    2 c. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Heat 2 cups of water to boiling in a 3-quart saucepan.
    Add cabbage, celery and onion.
    Cover and heat to boiling.
    Boil until tender, about 10 minutes.
    Do not drain.
    Place in blender container. Cover and blend until of uniform consistency.
