Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. raisins
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stirring well; add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, over low heat 15 minutes, stirring often.
    Serve with ham.
    Yields 1 cup.
