Gazpacho - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 slim firm cucumbers
1 large sweet onion
2 green peppers
9 red ripe tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
6 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely cracked pepper
1 1/2 c. cold water
3 slices bread
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation

In advance, peel, seed and finely dice 1 cucumber.
Peel and finely chop half the onion.
Seed and sliver 1 green pepper. Peel, quarter and squeeze out seeds and chop 6 of the tomatoes. Mince the garlic.
