Glori-Fried Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (about 1 lb.)
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops in 2 tablespoons shortening.
    Pour off fat. Stir in soup and water. Cover and cook over low heat (210\u00b0 to 220\u00b0, electric frying pan) for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir now and then. Make gravy with leftover soup and water. Serve on boiled potatoes.
