Never Fail Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Grandma's molasses
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 stick butter or oleo
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the molasses, sugar, egg and butter. Blend well.
    Sift flour, cinnamon and ginger. Fold into molasses and mix well. Last, add cup of boiling water and soda.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
