Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. pineapple tidbits with syrup
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. margarine (low-fat)
16 oz. can sliced beets or 2 c. cooked fresh
Preparation

Drain the canned beets.
Stir together the first ingredients. Add the lemon juice and beets.
Heat and serve.
