Tom'S Terrific Garlic Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread, cubed
    1/4 c. water
    6 to 8 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Take bread cubes and soak in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes. Squeeze the water out and add garlic, garlic salt and parsley flakes.
    Mash everything together, then add olive oil, a teaspoon at a time, until the mixture becomes a paste.
    This can be put on toasted Italian bread and used as garlic bread.
    This spread provides a very strong garlic flavor with very little calories or fat.
