Refresco Pegio(Royal Refreshment) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oranges, peeled
    1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    2 c. strawberries, halved
    2.5 dry white wine, chilled
    3/4 c. brandy
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 c. carbonated water, chilled
Preparation
    Section oranges over a bowl to catch the juice.
    Arrange orange sections, pineapple chunks and strawberries in a single layer on shallow baking pan; freeze.
