Chocolate Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 container Cool Whip
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding

Preparation

First Layer:
Combine margarine, flour and nuts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool completely.
