Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
3 pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sugar
1 stick butter or oleo
3 egg yolks
3 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
coffee cream or milk
Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed on box. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured pan. Beat rest of ingredients (except egg whites and milk). Set aside. Beat egg whites until foamy. Pour into rest of the batter with just enough milk to pour easily over batter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
