Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat margarine, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla together until light and fluffy.
Stir in flour, salt and baking powder, mixing well.
Chill dough thoroughly.
Roll small portions of dough at a time on a lightly floured board.
Cut out shapes.
Sprinkle with sugar and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Serving of 2 cookies equals 1 fat exchange.
