Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 lb. Colonial light golden brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. smooth or crunchy peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 lb. Colonial confectioners sugar
Preparation
    In medium
    saucepan,
    melt
    butter; stir in brown sugar and milk.
    Bring
    to
    a boil; boil and stir 2 minutes.\tRemove from heat;
    stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
    Mix in confectioners sugar;
    beat
    until
    smooth.
    Spread
    into\tbuttered 9-inch square baking pan; chill until firm.
    Cut into squares; makes 3 1/3 pounds.
