Linda'S Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Sift the
    dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Combine egg, oil and milk; add to the dry ingredients. Stir just until all is blended. Fold in the blueberries. Fill paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in hot 400\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
