Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (9-inch) deep dish pie shells, baked and cooled
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    4 or 5 drops red food coloring
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. ReaLemon concentrate (comes in green bottle)
Preparation
    Mix Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk and food coloring.
    Add pineapple, strawberries and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon concentrate last; mix.
    This makes the mixture stiff.
    Put into 2 pie shells and refrigerate.
