Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
    poppy seed (optional)
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into bite size pieces.
    Mix chicken with chicken soup and sour cream.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with 1 roll of Ritz crackers (crushed) and 1 stick of butter (melted).
    Optional:
    Sprinkle with poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
