Mexican Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. salsa (mild)
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In large skillet heat oil and cook chicken, onion and pepper until chicken is cooked.
    Add corn, chicken broth and salsa and bring to boil.
