Honey Of A Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. red wine
2 or 3 pieces each: chicken drumsticks and thighs

Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and basil.
Mix next 4 ingredients in a bowl.
Turn chicken in this mixture and lay skin side up in a shallow, greased baking pan.
Keep basting with sauces.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
