Delicious Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) brisket
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 can Coca-Cola (not diet)
    1 c. catsup or chili sauce
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and pour over brisket.
    Roast in covered roaster, fat side up, at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes per pound.
    The last 20 minutes should be cooked, uncovered.
    Baste frequently during last 20 minutes.
    Cool it.
    Slice it.
    Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
