Mom Ford'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. very hot water
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. lard
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cold milk
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir all and let rise.
    Turn out on floured board.
    Cut into biscuits.
    Let rise again.
    Put butter on top and bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
