Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. pecans
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. pears (fresh), diced
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir and mix well the first three ingredients. Add the oil, eggs, sugar, pears and vanilla. \"Pam\" the pans and fill 3/4 full. Cook 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
