Pie Crust - Shell(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. canola or vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. skim milk
    touch of cold water, if needed
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in a medium bowl.
    Mix oil and milk together with a fork.
    Add flour; mix with hands until just mixed. Add a little cold water if more liquid is needed.
    Chill for about 10 minutes.
    Roll out until large enough to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or can be baked with filling.
