Creamy Nutcracker Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
    dash of salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    4 sq. (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate, chopped
    1 jar Marshmallow Creme (7 oz.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in heavy 3-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a full rolling boil for 6 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Pour over chocolate and marshmallow.
    Beat until melted.
    Add nuts. Pour into buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Let stand several hours before cutting.
    Store in cool place.
