Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 green bell pepper
3 or 4 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Brown meat in roaster pan with a small amount of grease drippings or salad oil.
Add flour as for gravy.
Add chopped vegetables.
Add enough water to cover entire mixture.
Cover; let simmer for 2 hours.
Delicious served on dry toast.
