Peanut Butter Apple Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. margarine
    10 cooking apples
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Measure flour and 1 cup of sugar into mixing bowl.
    Cut in margarine and peanut butter until crumbs resemble coarse meal. Pare and slice apples.
    Arrange in 2-quart casserole or shallow baking dish.
    Sprinkle with the remaining sugar, orange rind, orange juice and water.
    Cover with crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender, about 45 minutes.
    Serve warm, topped with ice cream.
    Makes 10 servings.
