Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 (6 oz.) jars Gerber 3rd Foods carrots
Preparation
    Beat eggs, one a a time.
    Add Crisco oil.
    Mix sugar, cinnamon, carrots and walnuts.
    Sift in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Bake in well-greased 13 x 9-inch pan or 2 loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
