Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. raw sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    marshmallows (add at end)
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes, peel and mash while hot.
    Add all ingredients.
    (If mixture is dry add more orange juice.) Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with marshmallows and return to oven until brown.
    Serves 8.
