Shrimp Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
    1 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. dill seed (optional)
    salt and pepper
    mayonnaise to consistency
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and spread on toasted English muffin halves.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbles.
    Makes 16.
