Weight Watchers Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. green beans
    8 oz. celery
    8 oz. carrots
    8 oz. green pepper
    8 oz. broccoli
    8 oz. cauliflower
    8 oz. cabbage
    8 oz. squash or zucchini
    4 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1 small bunch green scallions or 1/2 c. onions
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 c. V-8 juice
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    6 bouillon cubes (any kind)
    2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Dice all ingredients together including tomatoes.
    Put in large pot with tomato juice and water to cover.
    Add bouillon and Sweet 'N Low and cook.
    Simmer over low heat 5 hours.
    It is best done in crock-pot on low for 8 hours.
