Country Chicken And Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boiled chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 to 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
3 to 4 slices bacon
2 to 3 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
rolled biscuits
Preparation

Boil chicken; cut into cubes.
Arrange chicken in glass baking dish; set aside.
Put soup, water and frozen vegetables over chicken.
Fry bacon.
Crumble bacon over top.
Cover with slices of cheese.
Top with rolled biscuits.
Bisquick works well.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
