Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
2 c. celery
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sliced almonds
potato chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) in 9 x 12 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
Crush potato chips on top.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Makes a great summertime quick meal.
