Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    salt
    pepper
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium-sized bowl.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Form mixture into patties, approximately 3 to 4-inches in diameter and 3/4-inch thick.
    Cook on top of stove in oil for 6 to 8 minutes, over medium heat or until golden brown. If patties do not stick together, more cracker crumbs may be added.
