Sausage Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/4 c. corn meal
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 lb. ground sausage meat
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, meal, baking powder and salt.
    Sift together in a large bowl.
    Stir in vegetable oil.
    Add milk and blend.
    Add a couple of extra tablespoons of milk, if necessary, to form a stiff dough.
    Roll in rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
    Spread on sausage and roll jelly-roll fashion lengthwise.
    Wrap in waxed paper and chill or freeze.
    When ready to use, slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
