Tofu Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. tofu, crumbled
    1 green onion, chopped
    1 small carrot, shredded
    2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. broccoli, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce
    pita bread (Chapatis or your favorite whole grain bread)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
