Crab-Stuffed Potato - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large Idaho baking potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. milk
    4 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. (can) crab meat
Preparation
    Bake potatoes until done.
    Split in half lengthwise, scoop out and reserve shells.
    In bowl, mash potatoes with butter, milk, onion and salt until mixture is smooth and creamy.
    Stir in grated cheese and crab meat.
    Fill shells with mixture; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
