Sunday Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup onion, finely chopped
    6 oz. egg substitute
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. canned chopped tomatoes and green chilies
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    Dash of hot sauce, to taste
Preparation
    Fry onions.
    Place in a bowl and mix in all other ingredients.
    Beat mixture lightly enough to thoroughly mix.
    In a frying pan, coated with cooking spray, heat to medium high and add the egg mixture.
    Cook while stirring often to scramble and continue until the eggs attain a degree of dryness that you enjoy most.
    Serve with buttered toast.
    Bacon optional.
