Luncheon Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. shortening
    flour
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and let dough rise 45 min.
    Use butter and cornmeal to coat buns.
    Cut top of buns when they have risen 1/2 an hour.
    Let rise a little longer, then bake at 400\u00b0F until nicely browned.
