Hollandaise Sauce(Zero Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/2 c. margarine
Preparation
    Put egg substitute, lemon juice and pepper into blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour margarine into mixture and blend together until sauce is slightly thickened.
    Put into microwave for 20 seconds to thicken more.
    Contains 35 calories per tablespoon.
