Squash Casserole(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil onion and squash until tender; drain and mash. Mix well with all other ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
