Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 1/3 c. carrots, cooked, or 1 (16 oz.) can
    3 1/2 oz. shredded coconut
    1 can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Stir together the first 5 ingredients.
    Add all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2 (9 x 13-inch) cake pans or 3 round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
