Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 small cans tomato paste
5 Tbsp. sour cream
3 c. cottage cheese
2 small cans mushrooms
2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 small box noodles
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Add tomato paste and two or three cans of water.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
Add sour cream and simmer about 10 minutes.
Remove and add cottage cheese and mushrooms.
Boil noodles, drain, coat in butter.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Line with noodles, sauce and cheese.
Repeat.
Top with Parmesan cheese and the parsley.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese melts.
