Orange Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and unsweetened
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello (can use sugar-free)
    2 c. low-fat buttermilk
    1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Lite
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine pineapple.
    Bring to a good boil, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from fire and add jello.
    Mix well and let cool slightly.
    Then stir in jello.
    Then stir or fold in Cool Whip Lite.
    Then pour in mold.
    Other flavors can be used. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
    Makes 8 (1/2 cup) servings.
