Raita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 sliced banana
    2 buds crushed cardamon
    1 c. dates, cut up
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients, being careful not to crush the banana.
    If the raita is prepared hours before the dinner, reserve the banana until just before serving.
    Serves 6.
