Lazy Luscious Lemon Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
9-inch baked pie shell
1/2 pt. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Blend in sugar and lemon juice. Pour into baked shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes until slightly firm.
Chill.
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla.
Spread on pie before serving.
