Cinnamon-Pear Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 ripe pears
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. finely grated lemon peel
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 egg
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Peel and slice pears.
    Toss with next 4 ingredients.
    In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and egg.
    Place pears in 9-inch square baking dish.
    Cover with topping and drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until fruit is cooked and crust is golden brown.
