Chicken Hawaiian-Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. trimmed chicken cutlets
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (13 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2 eggs
    1 green pepper, cut in 1/4-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. sherry wine (optional)
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    8 to 10 heaping Tbsp. duck sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken cutlets into bite size pieces; flour, then dip into beaten egg and garlic powder mixture.
    Brown in frypan until golden brown; set aside.
