Fruit-On-A-Pick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small bananas
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened pineapple juice
    16 unsweetened pineapple chunks
    1 kiwi fruit, cut into 8 wedges
    8 large strawberries
Preparation
    Cut bananas into 8 (1-inch) pieces.
    Add pineapple juice and toss gently.
    Drain.
    Alternate fruit on 8 wooden skewers.
    Yields 8 servings.
